These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of talymera.com and any purchase you make through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, "Talymera", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Talymera. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to make purchases through our website.

You are responsible for keeping any customer account credentials secure.

Talymera offers curated home decor and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours and images accurately.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings.

Some decorative products may feature textured, stone-inspired, handmade-look or intentionally irregular finishes. Minor variations in texture, markings or finish may be part of the intended appearance and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Product availability may change without notice.

We may discontinue or update products when necessary.

3. PRODUCT IMAGES AND DECORATIVE PROPS

Product photographs may include furniture, books, trays, plants, artwork or other decorative objects for styling purposes.

Unless expressly stated in the product description, these styling props are not included with the product.

Only the items specifically described as included on the relevant product page form part of your purchase.

4. ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.

An order becomes confirmed when we accept it and send you an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect delivery information

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method where applicable.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on Talymera are shown in the currency indicated on the website, with Saudi Riyal (SAR) used for our Saudi market unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or other charges will be displayed or communicated as required before the order is completed.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or technical errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery periods displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays or other disruptions.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers where a shipment is materially delayed.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Talymera currently offers eligible customers a 30-day return period from the date an order is received, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Please contact us before returning any product.

Items returned without prior return authorisation may not be accepted.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

Some Talymera products are decorative objects and may require appropriate handling.

Please follow any product-specific care or safety instructions displayed on the product page.

Decorative incense or bakhoor products must be used responsibly and only in accordance with the instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for using products for their intended purpose and following reasonable safety precautions.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Talymera website, including its branding, logos, original text, website design, graphics, photography and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Talymera unless otherwise stated.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
